TrashDay is a software platform designed to help waste and recycling service providers manage customer communications, notifications, billing-related messaging, and related operational workflows.
TrashDay does not provide waste collection services directly.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of information associated with your account
- Safeguarding login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
TrashDay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized communications
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services

4. Communications & SMS Messaging
TrashDay may facilitate communications via email and SMS on behalf of service providers.
By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive transactional and service-related messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Third-Party Services
TrashDay relies on third-party providers for services such as messaging delivery, email, and payment processing.
TrashDay is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services, though we work only with reputable providers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to TrashDay and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrashDay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrashDay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
TrashDay’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TrashDay in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
