TrashDay SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to SMS messages sent to and from TrashDay, Inc. (“TrashDay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Program Description
TrashDay SMS messages are used to provide service-related and transactional communications, which may include:
- Pickup reminders and schedule notifications
- Service changes or delays
- Billing notifications and payment reminders
- Account-related alerts
- Customer support responses
Message frequency may vary based on account activity and service events.
2. Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you wish to re-enroll, you may text START, and SMS messages will resume.
